Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Utilities Project Manager to oversee municipal water/wastewater design and construction in Florida. The role supports our Public Works team from either Tallahassee or Panama City Beach offices, requiring a Florida PE and 4–6 years’ relevant experience.

You will manage design and plan production, mentor staff, supervise clients, and contribute to proposals for new projects. This is a growth-focused position with ownership potential within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Florida or ability to acquire within 6 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and construction of municipal or private water/wastewater utility projects.
• Coordinate design and plan production.
• Supervise clients and technical staff.
• Mentor engineers and provide training.
• Support marketing and proposals to win new projects.
