Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Travel frequency depends on duties and project needs.
• Additional directly related experience can substitute for a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, review, and approve basic to moderately complex engineering designs for water and wastewater facilities, pipelines and pump stations.
• Ensure all project designs comply with state and local regulations.
• Apply firm policies and best practices across engineering deliverables.
• Conduct site visits, field reviews, and technical studies to verify design requirements.
• Update design criteria as needed during project development.
• Contribute to CDM Smith’s technical leadership via papers and presentations.
• Collaborate with sales and client service teams on proposals.
• Meet with clients to understand and support their evolving design needs.
• Represent CDM Smith at conferences to enhance visibility and relationships.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff; delegate tasks effectively.
