Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Construction Manager to lead large-scale water and wastewater facilities projects in a dynamic, employee-owned firm. You will oversee scope, schedule, and budget while interpreting contract documents and guiding the project team.

You will mentor junior engineers and manage field staff, coordinating with owners and sub-consultants to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery on site and in the office.

Qualificações

• Must have 10+ years in construction management roles on large projects.
• Experience with water/wastewater facilities projects and municipalities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee project management plans (PMP) for assigned projects.
• Provide construction management oversight across all phases of projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Review contractor work for conformance with plans and specs.
• Coordinate with owners, sub-consultants and project team.
• Lead and mentor junior staff and inspectors.
