Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee large-scale water and wastewater facilities projects. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, act as the technical advisor, and mentor junior staff while ensuring contract compliance and quality control.

The role requires extensive CM/PM experience, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate with owners and sub-consultants. Travel to field sites and office collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years construction experience in CM or PM roles.
• 5+ years water/wastewater facilities experience.
• Experience with municipalities, change orders, RFI and submittals.
• Proficiency with project management software (Unifier, Procore, eBuilder).

Responsabilités

• Develop Project Management Plans (PMP) for assigned projects.
• Provide construction management oversight during all phases of the project.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Prepare and update cost estimates.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets.
• Develop and implement project specific QA programs.
• Manage sub-consultants and technical resources.
• Coordinate and interface with the client and project team.
• Manage and coordinate inspection staff.
• Manage project schedule from inception to close out.
• Run project job-site meetings.
• Review contractor work to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Review and approve contractor monthly requisitions and invoices.
• Efficient change order management and cost control.
• Report on project issues and provide status updates.
• Develop and prepare extra work order requests and open-end contract task proposals.
