The role requires a PE, ABET-accredited engineering degree, and 10+ years in relevant design and management, with strong communication and presentation skills. Ohio office-based position.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree from ABET-accredited engineering program; Professional Engineer license; 10+ years ofWater/Wastewater project design and management; strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Monitors project scope, schedule and budget against plan.
• Develop project management plans and budgets.
• Coordinate subconsultants and team members across disciplines.
• Lead client presentations and status reports to stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor project team with regular check-ins and feedback.
• Oversee and manage staff on projects and ensure quality controls.
