Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is a dynamic, 100% employee-owned engineering and consulting firm with a broad portfolio of projects. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex water and wastewater initiatives in the Columbus, Ohio area.

You will lead project objectives, schedules, budgets, and team coordination, mentoring staff while partnering with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited engineering program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 10+ years of water/wastewater project design and management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare invoices and monitor project financials and staffing needs.
• Create and maintain project schedules and quality plans.
• Coordinate subconsultants and manage client presentations.
• Lead project team with coaching and performance feedback.
