Job summary

You will coordinate internal teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain client relationships to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. The role requires a PE/AIA license, 10+ years of PM experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / architecture from an accredited program.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (AIA).
• 10+ years of design and construction project management experience with multidiscipline teams.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidiscipline engineering, architecture, and construction projects.
• Serve as project lead and primary client contact.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
