American States Utility Services, Inc. seeks a Capital Program Supervisor to oversee a broad portfolio of water and wastewater capital projects across multiple locations, including asset management, planning, and construction management.

The role requires directing Capital Project Coordinators and Inspectors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The incumbent will supervise staff, coordinate with operations and engineering teams, and manage risk, reporting to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or closely related field; or two years as a Capital Project Supervisor or similar grade position.

Responsabilités

• Oversees all aspects of assigned capital projects.
• Coordinates internal and external resources to complete projects.
• Develops scopes of work and cost estimates for projects and RFPs.
• Prepares and monitors project schedules and budgets.
• Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory and company requirements.
