Carroll Water is hiring a Water Treatment Technician to service residential and commercial systems across Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining water treatment equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work with softeners, RO systems, filtration, UV, and related equipment, traveling to sites, and adhering to safety policies. Overtime opportunities and benefits are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Able to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing, and water treatment-related systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to safely use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and other job-related equipment.
• Able to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Willingness to participate in weekend or on-call rotations as needed.
• Ability to travel to customer locations throughout the service area.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems.
• Work with a variety of water treatment equipment, including softeners, RO, filtration, UV, and other related systems.
• Identify system issues and determine appropriate repair or service solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and replace filters, media, components, and other equipment.
• Test and evaluate water quality and explain maintenance needs to customers.
• Document service calls, equipment installed, and customer interactions using company tools.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and materials; keep vehicle and workspace safe and organized.
• Assist with training apprentices and comply with safety policies.
• Participate in weekend or on-call rotations as required.
