Carroll Water is seeking a hands-on Water Treatment Technician to service residential and commercial water treatment systems in Maryland. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment such as water softeners, RO units, and filtration systems while delivering professional customer service on site.

The role offers full-time, year-round employment with competitive pay and benefits. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to service locations are required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with water treatment systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems.
• Work with equipment including water softeners, acid neutralizers, RO systems, filtration, and UV systems.
• Explain system operation and maintenance needs to customers clearly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate service records.
• Assist with training apprentices and helpers as assigned.
