Job summary

Carroll Water is hiring a Water Treatment Apprentice / Entry-Level Water Treatment Technician in Maryland. This is a hands-on training role designed to develop technical skills in installing, servicing, and maintaining residential and commercial water treatment systems.

No prior water treatment experience is required; paid training is provided, and you will learn directly from experienced technicians while building a long-term career in a growing skilled trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Learn to work with water softeners, filtration, reverse osmosis, neutralizers, chemical treatment systems, and related equipment.
• Assist with replacing filters and performing routine maintenance.
• Collect water samples and assist with basic water testing.
• Learn to use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely.
• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
