Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing, and water treatment systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to use hand and power tools, testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain water treatment systems.
• Work with water softeners, RO systems, filtration, UV, and related equipment.
• Explain operations and maintenance needs to customers clearly.
• Document service calls and parts used accurately.
• Load/transport tools and ensure a clean, safe jobsite.
• Participate in weekend/on‑call rotations as required.
