Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a dependable Water Treatment Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial water systems. You will work with softeners, RO units, filtration, and chemical feed systems while delivering professional customer service across Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia.

Applicants should have strong mechanical aptitude, valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems.
• Work with water treatment equipment including softeners, RO systems, filtration, and chemical feed.
• Identify system issues and determine repair or service solutions.
• Test and evaluate water treatment and quality; document results and service actions.
• Explain system operation and maintenance needs to customers clearly.
• Maintain vehicle, inventory, and tools; ensure safe travel to sites.
• Assist with training apprentices and helpers as assigned.
• Follow safety policies and regulations; participate in on-call rotations.
