Carroll Water is hiring a Water Treatment Technician to service residential and commercial systems in the Chesapeake region. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining water treatment equipment with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety.

The successful candidate will work across a variety of equipment including water softeners, RO systems, filtration units, and UV systems while traveling to customer sites. Training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Must have valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing, and water treatment systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Able to use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems.
• Work with water treatment equipment set (softeners, RO, filtration, chemical feed, UV).
• Explain system operation and maintenance needs to customers clearly.
• Document service calls and parts used using company systems.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and materials and ensure safety.
