Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking a Water Treatment Technician to support installation, service, and maintenance of residential and commercial systems. This hands-on, customer-facing role offers full-time hours with competitive pay based on experience.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and service equipment such as water softeners, RO systems, and filtration, while ensuring safety and quality in the field. A team-focused environment and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or plumbing-related systems.
Knowledge of water treatment, plumbing, or related field preferred.
Ability to safely use tools and equipment.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements.
Willingness to participate in weekend or on-call rotation as needed.
Ability to travel to job sites within the service area.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and service water treatment systems, including: water softeners, acid neutralizers, RO systems, and filtration.
Interact with customers in a professional, service-oriented manner.
Document service calls, customer interactions, and system performance.
Assist with training and mentoring apprentices or helpers.
Load, transport, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
