Job summary

Carroll Water Systems, Inc. is seeking a motivated Water Treatment Specialist Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the water treatment industry while working alongside experienced technicians in residential and commercial environments.

Training is provided with opportunities for advancement into a Water Treatment Specialist or Water Treatment Technician role. You will assist technicians with installation, service, and maintenance, travel to customer sites

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Customer service skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

Assist Water Treatment Technicians with installation, service, and maintenance of water treatment equipment
Safely lift, carry, load, and unload equipment and materials
Replace filters, collect water samples, and clean/maintain equipment
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Travel to customer locations throughout the Baltimore surrounding areas
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Follow all company safety rules and procedures
Assist with loading company vehicles and transporting materials to job sites
Perform additional duties as assigned
