Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, is hiring a Technical Sales Representative in Little Rock, AR. You will join a growth-focused sales team responsible for revenue and profit growth in targeted accounts by applying a consultative approach and delivering system assurance programs.

You will build relationships with plant executives, understand business needs, and propose continuous improvement plans. You’ll work with customers to introduce Nalco Water innovations and drive long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum technical sales or field sales support experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing accounts to meet profit goals.
• Collaborate with customers to identify needs and propose improvements.
• Build relationships with plant or facility executives.
