Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a field service professional to support water treatment equipment on-site and remotely across North America. You will inventory spare parts, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and deliver timely maintenance and repair services for customers.

The role emphasizes strong communication with client operators and engineers, adherence to Veolia quality processes, and collaboration with engineering teams to provide rapid technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Water Treatment field.
• Strong focus on customer relationships (both external and internal customers).
• Must know structural, mechanical, hydraulics, electrical, piping, welding specifics and civil notations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site and off-site inventory of spare parts and ensure an adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment.
• Provide timely, proactive response to customer needs pertaining to parts replacement, operation services, and technical issues.
