Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a Commissioning Field Service Representative in the Services Technical Operations team. You will lead commissioning of complex projects and provide world-class support to ES customers through on-site and remote access, ensuring EHS and Veolia standards are met and guiding projects to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemistry; 5+ years in water/wastewater projects.
• Experience with PLC & HMI/SCADA programming and troubleshooting (Rockwell, GE-IP/Emerson).

Responsibilities

• Commissioning planning and on-site execution; troubleshoot and close-out.
• Resolve systemic issues by coordinating with experts for resolution.
• Formulate plans from field observations to resolve customer issues.
• Implement plant optimization techniques.
• Mentor staff on site visits, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Veolia products.
• Manage customer expectations and uphold high service standards at all sites.
• Coordinate with services, product, engineering, and process groups to ensure uninterrupted customer service.
