Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Project Manager for Integrated Services in Water Technologies. This full-time role involves on-site and remote coordination, spare parts management, and field troubleshooting across North America.

You will liaise with client operators, facility engineers, and VEOLIA teams to ensure project success and service excellence. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in water treatment or engineering.
• Strong focus on customer relationships and collaboration with VEOLIA teams.
• Knowledge of and ability to learn equipment and startup processes for VEOLIA WTS products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site and off-site inventory of spare parts and ensure an adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.
• Determine and track root cause failures of all Veolia equipment, ensuring issues are documented using Veolia's quality process.
• Create and maintain site paperwork, write weekly warranty service reports on site actions, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Provide timely, proactive response to customer needs pertaining to parts replacement, operation services, and technical issues related to plant operations.
