Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Field Area Manager to oversee industrial water treatment systems across a defined region in North America. You will lead a team of Field Service personnel, drive projects, manage budgets, and collaborate with CAPEX managers to ensure successful operations.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and process improvements, with travel up to 50% and a focus on customer satisfaction and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field or 5 years’ leadership in water treatment solutions.
• TWIC card required.
• Certification in Project Management; Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 10 to 15 employees within a region to ensure proper scheduling and utilization.
• Collaborate with CAPEX project managers for clear communication.
• Manage small projects, including Mobile Water Systems and Refurbishments.
• Review and edit engineering drawings and P&IDs.
• Understand instrument controls and implement changes to improve efficiency.
• Report project progress, staff utilization, and contract spend vs. budget to leadership.
