Job summary

Veolia Water Tech is seeking a Field Service Representative to service water treatment systems across multiple industries. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and analytical testing on equipment including filtration, softening, and RO systems.

The role requires strong safety mindset and the ability to work independently at customer sites. The position involves coordinating with customer teams, maintaining parts inventory, and documenting technical work.

Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or international equivalent; 2+ years’ service/maintenance in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, pumps, and instrumentation.
Consult with customer management and operation teams.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; prepare site paperwork and technical summaries.
Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, pH, TOC, etc.).
Provide service activities including calibration, inspections, and customer support.
Adhere to safety policies and operate company vehicle if applicable.
Complete diagnostics, testing, and paperwork; collect payment information and generate shipping/billing paperwork.
