Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies in the United States is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide on-site operations and maintenance for water treatment systems across multiple industries. You will work on technologies including filtration, RO, ion exchange, and UF, performing calibrations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

You’ll collaborate with customer operations teams, ensure contract compliance, and maintain detailed site documentation and inventories.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Industrial, oilfield, refinery, or chemical plants.
• Electrical, chemical, and/or mechanical experience.
• Excellent mechanical know-how and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, online training, EHS reporting).
• Forklift Experience/Training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation
• Consult with customer management and operation teams
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications
• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems
• Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements
• Enter and complete work orders in Maintenance Program (MaintainX)
• Other duties as assigned
