Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies seeks an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver on-site technical service for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems. You will work across diverse industries, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The role involves traveling to customer sites, providing expert technical support, and building strong client relationships while adhering to Veolia’s safety and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training.
• A valid driver’s license (learner's permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify).
• Preferred: technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations.
• Obtain samples and perform water testing (pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA) and enter data.
• Act as technical consultant, providing recommendations, training, and solutions to customer teams.
• Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, and conduct preventative maintenance; diagnose/resolve issues on-site or remotely.
• Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure safety protocols.
