Qualifications

• Engineering degree (bachelors or masters) with 5+ years of delivering complex projects.
• Strong PM skills including budgeting, risk, and change management.
• Experience managing multiple medium-to-large projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with sub-suppliers and sub-contractors across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare submittal packages and handover documentation.
• Proactively manage risks and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Proposals, Sales, Supply Chain, Field Service, and Warranty teams.
• Support monthly KPI analysis and payment processes with Finance.
