Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Project Manager in Texas to lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large projects at our Brookshire facility. You will manage scope, schedule, and cost while coordinating with SAP-based processes and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

The role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder engagement, and strong communication, with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for growth within our water technology portfolio.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; 5+ years delivering technically complex projects.
• Strong project management with focus on time, cost, quality, and risk management.
• Proficiency in PRINCE2 and SAP PS; ability to manage multiple medium-to-large projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium-to-large complexity projects using SAP SD, SAP PS, and Grundfos processes to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
• Coordinate with sub-suppliers and sub-contractors to align service levels and agreements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare submittal packages and handover documentation per formats and standards.
• Proactively manage risks and opportunities; escalate issues and drive resolutions with cross-functional teams.
• Liaise with Proposals, Sales, Supply Chain, Field Service, and Warranty teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless delivery.
• Support monthly KPI analysis and reporting; collaborate with Finance/Credit Control to secure on-time payment.
