Job summary

Grundfos in Brookshire, TX is hiring a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large projects, from order fulfilment to after-sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

The role reports to the Proposal Manager and is based at the Brookshire facility on a hybrid schedule, with responsibilities spanning SAP-based project execution, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver engineered water solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering technically complex projects on time, cost, and quality.
• Strong project management skills including financial management, risk management, and change management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium-to-large complexity projects using SAP SD, SAP PS and Grundfos processes to hit time, cost and quality targets.
• Coordinate with sub-suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure service levels and supply agreements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare submittal packages and handover documentation per agreed formats and standards.
• Proactively manage risks and opportunities across the project portfolio and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Liaise with Proposals, Sales, Supply Chain, Field Service and Warranty teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless delivery.
• Support monthly KPI analysis and collaborate with Finance to secure on-time payments.
