Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in specialty chemicals or related sectors.
• Proven success in B2B technical sales with consultative selling.
• Ability to travel 50–70% and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to grow revenue.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in target markets.
• Manage strategic customer accounts and deliver value-based solutions.
• Coordinate technical presentations and product demonstrations with R&D.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
