Chemtrade is seeking a Sales Account Manager for Water Solutions to drive sales of water chemicals across the Central South region (Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana). This home-based role requires strong sales skills, technical product knowledge, and frequent travel within the region.

You will report to the Sales Director and manage key accounts, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with operations and marketing to meet growth targets. Competitive base salary plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Environmental Sciences with a minimum 5-10 years' of experience in chemical sales and marketing, preferably within the Water and/or Paper Industry.
• MBA would be considered a strong asset.
• Proven verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop new sales and gain market info in the Central South of the US.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the territory to understand needs, gain market knowledge and recommend actions.
• Ensure relationships with end-use customers are favorable. Take appropriate action if a customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of Chemtrade service.
• Independently develop/implement specific account by account tactical strategy to exceed contribution/margin plan.
