Core & Main is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive Brecco Water Solutions growth across the eastern seaboard. This role blends technical sales with strategic outreach, engaging engineers, municipalities, and end users to promote branded water solutions and secure project adoption.

You will expand market share, pursue new opportunities, present solutions, and train customers, while traveling up to 75% and coordinating with distributors to ensure consistent messaging and territory growth.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Strong technical aptitude with piping systems and industrial plumbing products.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Aufgaben

• Expand market share and achieve sales targets for Brecco products in the region.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business with owners, engineers, municipalities, and key stakeholders.
• Promote Brecco Product Catalog and drive product acceptance and specification.
• Present Brecco solutions to engineering offices, design consultants, and contractors.
• Conduct technical seminars, product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Provide technical support throughout design, selection, and installation phases.
• Maintain weekly reporting, develop territory sales plans, and align with internal teams.
• Engage distributors and contractors with joint calls and product training.
• Visit job sites to monitor installation practices and ensure proper product application.
• Offer feedback to Brecco Engineering for product improvement and customer satisfaction.
