Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in the Lima, OH area, covering a ~50‑mile radius. You will build relationships with plant and facility executives, provide technical support, and promote Nalco Water innovations.

This position offers field training, a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits from day one, and a flexible, independent work environment, with about 10% overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Five years of technical sales or field sales support experience
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and in assigned competitively-held accounts to meet profit increase goals.
• Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement plans.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders within current and prospective customers.
• Provide technical support to customers and resolve challenges, escalating as required.
• Analyze system data and provide written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations to build long‑term business relationships.
