Job summary

Nalco Water seeks a Technical Sales Representative to join its sales team. You’ll drive revenue and profit growth in targeted accounts using a consultative approach, building relationships with existing customers and introducing Nalco Water innovations.

Position requires commuting distance from Ponca City, OK with about 25% overnight travel. Comprehensive benefits begin on day one, with a company vehicle and ongoing training in the field and at Nalco Water HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of technical sales or field sales support experience.
• Current and valid driver's license required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and in assigned competitively-held accounts to meet profit increase goals.
• Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend improvement plans to grow sales.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders including plant or facility executives.
• Provide technical support to customers and resolve customer challenges; escalate as required.
• Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to keep operations performing at optimal levels.
• Actively sell Nalco Water innovations and technology to promote long-term business relationships.
