Job summary

HDR is seeking a seasoned leader to serve as Water Business Group Professional Services Director, aligning technical practice across the matrix organization and driving delivery excellence. You will oversee QA, risk management, and the integration of digital delivery tools while mentoring future leaders across multiple regions.

Reporting to the WBG President, you will partner with operations, markets, and technical leadership to advance quality, collaboration, and outcomes for complex programs

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in professional services / delivery leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale programs and technical teams.
• Active engagement with industry associations and HDR employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical quality, delivery excellence, and professional practice across the Water Business Group.
• Guide staff development, training, and adoption of new technologies and delivery models.
• Drive QA/QC programs, risk management, and continuous improvement across projects.
