HDR is seeking a WBG Professional Services Director to provide executive leadership for technical quality, project delivery excellence, and professional practice within the Water Business Group. Reporting to the WBG President, you will align practice groups, strengthen delivery capabilities, and advance standards and best practices across multiple locations.

Oversee evaluation and adoption of professional services technologies and delivery tools.
Coordinate staff training on policies, risk management, quality, and service delivery.
