Qualifications

• 15 years of experience
• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing technical teams and practices
• Maintain AEC industry associations
• Active participant in employee-owned culture

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the development and training of staff in competencies.
• Develop approaches to new technologies and digital delivery methods.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of professional services technologies and tools.
• Coordinate staff training in policies, processes, risk management and quality.
