Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Business Group Professional Services Director to provide executive leadership for technical quality, project delivery, and professional practice. You will align practice groups, strengthen delivery capabilities, and advance standards to drive client outcomes across the U.S.

Reporting to the WBG President, you will lead QA, risk management, and staff development while partnering with operations, marketing, and technology leadership to advance delivery strategies.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in managing and developing technical teams.
• Experience leading professional services, program management, and delivery on large-scale projects.
• Strong QA/QC, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor development and training of staff in technical, professional, and service delivery competencies.
• Coordinate delivery strategies and QA/QC activities to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor teams and collaborate with leadership across operations, marketing, and technology.
