Job summary

Hall’s Culligan is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to ensure a positive customer experience. You’ll respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information while maintaining strong product knowledge and professional communication.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a salary range of $18.50 to $23.00 per hour, and includes PTO and a full benefits package after the introductory period.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email, delivering an outstanding experience.
• Develop product knowledge to effectively assist and educate customers.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues; collaborate with other departments for solutions.
• Manage time and priorities to meet individual and team goals; document interactions accurately in CS software.
