Job summary

HDR's Water Business Group seeks a Right of Way Director to refine and implement the ROW program, reporting to the Planning Program Director. The role partners with HDR's ROW leadership to align goals and expand market sectors while delivering high‑quality ROW solutions for clients and projects.

The Director will lead staff, coordinate with market sector leaders, and pursue growth opportunities across geographies, talking with clients about the value HDR brings to projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional registration in architecture/engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine HDR's Water Business Group right of way program.
• Coordinate with market sector leaders to grow market penetration in ROW.
• Lead recruitment, mentoring and alignment of ROW staff to client needs.
