Job summary

HDR is looking for a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee HDR's WBG right of way program. This role reports to the Planning Program Director and collaborates with HDR's Right of Way leadership and market sector teams to integrate real estate solutions for clients and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration (PE) and related technical experience for leadership roles.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services to our clients and to create alliances within the WBG.
• Market and Business Development: support market Sector Directors and develop strategic plans to grow right of way initiatives.
• Technical Staff Development and Alignment: recruit, mentor, and align staff to meet client needs.
