Job summary

HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee HDR's WBG right of way program. You will work with leadership to align strategies with market needs, coordinate with clients, and drive growth across geographies and sectors.

The role emphasizes leadership, program management, and expertise in right of way services, with a focus on delivering value to HDR clients and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field is required.
• Experience leading diverse teams and managing complex programs.
• Strong ability to develop and manage client relationships and pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Project and Program Support: act as the technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services and support growth goals.
• Marketing and Business Development: help develop strategic plans and pursue market opportunities; support client relationships and pursuits.
• Technical Staff Development and Alignment: recruit, mentor, and align staff; share best practices and ensure client needs are addressed.
