HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee a WBG right of way program, reporting to the Planning Program Director. The role collaborates with HDR’s Right of Way leadership to align market priorities, grow market penetration, and integrate real estate solutions for clients and projects.

Responsibilities include project management, market strategy development, and leadership of qualified staff while maintaining strong client communication and project value delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration preferred for leadership roles.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• Able to work with leaders across the organization to drive growth strategies.
