Job summary

HDR is hiring a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee HDR's WBG right of way program. The role reports to the Planning Program Director and partners with HDR's Right of Way Director to align activities with program goals.

The Director will shape a program that raises HDR’s technical excellence in Right of Way, expands market penetration, and drives growth across geographies and sectors, while integrating real estate solutions for clients and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration for leadership roles.
• Experience developing and leading diverse teams.
• Works with other directors, operations managers and marketing managers on business class efforts.
• Committed to quality and HDR values.
• Active participant in our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical focal point for WBG to deliver Right of Way services.
• Support Market Sector Directors in developing strategic visions and drive opportunities.
• Recruitment, mentoring and alignment of right of way staff to meet client needs.
