The role focuses on strategy, growth, and alliance-building across geographies and market sectors.

The position emphasizes leadership, program management, and recruitment of key staff, with travel and collaboration across HDR’s global presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Demonstrated leadership in development and management of diverse teams.
• Experience with building and managing client relationships and program/pursuit activities.
• Active participation in HDR's employee-owned culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the WBG Right of Way program and oversee its implementation.
• Support market sector Directors in strategic growth and geographic expansion.
• Lead project management efforts and ensure high-quality deliverables across the WBG.
