Job summary

HDR is actively seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and implement the WBG right of way program, elevate HDR's expertise, and drive growth across markets and geographies.

You will collaborate with market sector leaders, technical staff, and clients to integrate right of way acquisition and real estate solutions, talk to clients about value, and lead select projects to bolster HDR’s leadership in this field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration (Architect/Engineer) for leadership roles.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical focal point for WBG to deliver Right of Way services.
• Support Market Sector Directors in strategic planning and pursuits.
• Recruitment, mentoring and alignment of right of way staff.
