HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee a WBG right of way program, partnering with leadership to raise HDR’s market penetration and technical excellence. The role involves coordinating with market sector leaders, clients, and staff to deliver integrated real estate solutions for complex projects.

You’ll manage projects, lead strategic growth efforts across geographies, and regularly engage clients to demonstrate HDR’s value in right of way services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional registration for technical design leadership is required.
• Experience managing diverse teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical focal point for WBG to deliver Right of Way services.
• Support market sector Directors in developing strategic visions and growth plans.
• Recruitment, mentoring, and alignment of Right of Way staff with client needs.
