HDR is seeking a Water Right of Way Director to refine and oversee HDR's WBG right of way program. The role reports to the Planning Program Director and partners with HDR leadership to align market sector priorities with HDR’s technical excellence.

The position involves defining growth strategies, client engagement, and project leadership on select initiatives, with travel ~20% and location flexibility across HDR's U.S. footprint.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional registration required for business-class leadership roles.
• Experience building and leading diverse teams.
• Ability to collaborate with other directors, operations managers, and marketing managers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services.
• Support market sector directors in developing strategic visions for right of way initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor, and align right of way staff to meet client needs.
