HDR, Inc. is seeking a Water Business Group Director of Right of Way to refine and oversee the program, working with the Planning Program Director and HDR's Right of Way Director.

This role will identify market priorities, growth strategies, and lead client engagements to integrate right of way solutions. The position emphasizes leadership of diverse teams, collaboration across directors, and ongoing professional development to advance HDR’s right of way capabilities in water infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• For Business Class leadership roles for which the core service being overseen is technical design, the role must maintain a professional or Architecture/Engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams.
• Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts.
• Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

• Project and Program Leadership for WBG Right of Way services and client engagements.
• Coordinate growth, market expansion, and collaboration with market sector directors and clients.
• Recruitment, mentoring, and alignment of right of way staff to meet client needs.
