Job summary

HDR’s Water Business Group seeks a Right of Way Director to refine and oversee HDR’s right of way program. You’ll work with the Planning Program Director, lead market expansion, and coordinate with market sector leaders, technical staff, and clients to integrate acquisition and real estate solutions.

With 10+ years in related field and a real estate license, you’ll guide strategy, drive growth, and mentor staff while maintaining HDR’s employee-owned culture and commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated industry leadership and industry association engagement.
• Experience developing and managing a wide range of client relationships and pursuits.
• Experience with water-related infrastructure and with Federal/State Right of Way laws (FHWA, Uniform Relocation Act).
• Real Estate License(s) or related designations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical focal-point for the WBG Right of Way services and long-term growth goals.
• Support market sector directors in developing strategic visions and pursuing opportunities.
• Lead staff development and align right of way personnel with client needs.
