HDR’s Water Business Group seeks a Right of Way Director to refine and implement a WBG Right of Way program, working with leadership to achieve growth and market penetration. You’ll coordinate across market sectors, engage clients, and manage select projects as a leader within HDR’s employee-owned culture.

The role emphasizes strategic development, collaboration with technical staff, and driving excellence in Right of Way services for diverse projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration preferred for technical leadership roles.
• Experience leading diverse teams and coordinating with senior leadership.
• Committed to HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Project and Program Support: deliver Right of Way services and build alliances within WBG.
• Marketing and Business Development: support market sector leaders and pursue opportunities.
• Technical Staff Development and Alignment: recruit, mentor, and align staff to meet client needs.
