Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration in Architecture/Engineering for leadership roles.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services and build alliances.
• Support Market Sector Directors in developing strategic visions and growth plans.
• Recruitment, mentoring and aligning Right of Way staff to meet client needs.
